Gijikiki is a fun novel to write. In it, I explore a little of the Ojibway language, re-live vacations in the BWCA, learn about fly fishing and collaborate with a recognized leader in fisheries biology who happens to be my brother.
Ending found for Griff
For a long time, I have been planning to write a story about my dog, Griff. I have had the story outlined for several years now, but didn't start writing because I didn't know how to end it. Well, recently, the ending of this story revealed itself. Griff passed away. This is going to be a hard story to write.
